We suffer more from imagination than reality.
Physical and mental health are inexorably entwined, so when one must disassociate from internal discombobulation, but is suffering from paralysis by analysis, how can we move from one state to another, using movement, prescriptively?
If a physical pose = an emotional state, then what movement will move us from one state to another?
Kinesiology meets neurology.
Our mental state is a product of our physical state.
Environment informs emotion; emotion drives behaviour and behaviour becomes consequence.
Good decision making, therefore, cannot exist without emotional regulation.
